I only need a pea-sized dab of Neutrogena Norwegian Formula Hand Cream—and my hands feel instantly softer and more protected. The thick, glycerin-rich texture creates a barrier that lasts, especially on dry or cracked areas. It absorbs reasonably fast for a rich formula and doesn’t leave an overly greasy finish—though if you use too much, it can feel slick.
