Goo Gone Goo Gone Citrus Power

I got this because I had a bunch of stickers on several different things around the house. I doesn't necessarily dissolve the adhesive but it does release the stickiness which allows the sticker to come off and the adhesive to be removed from the surface of the item.

I found that this product worked in very limited items. The liquid would either gush out too much upon tapping or needed numerous taps to get enough out to tackle the job. It worked okay for small sticker residue but anything with a thicker adhesive either did not do much or took several applications to see any improvement. After a few months, the velcro I cut and applied to the side of a bin just stopped holding the piece in place, before replacing it I applied the Goo Gone to remove the remaining adhesive and it just became a tacky stringy mess. Reapplication did not improve results and the foam/fabric tip of the Goo Gone got destroyed and unusable.
