These are amazing! There is a high percentage of each vitamin, mineral, and omega 3's, so it actually works. Plus the Omega 3 is cleanly sourced, which is very important. No fish burps, and they taste really good. They can be on the expensive side but sometimes you get what you pay for, and this is one of those. It's my favorite way to supplement everything plus Omega 3!
