When i had a hole in my bladder before surgery i had to wear them and they do hold urin and keeps you dry

I had someone use these for the first time this weekend. He said it fit pretty comfortable for fake underwear and seemed to absorb pretty well. For this gentleman's flow, it was durable enough to get him to the bathroom but kind of feel apart as he was taking it off
