I use their other one more for one simple reason: It's in a bottle I can stand upside down. The pump dispenser is terribly wasteful - at the end I have to open it and do a whole maneuver to get the product out - it's neither fun nor easy. That said: the product itself is great, and probably better than the conditioner all told - just hard to use.
