I wanted to love this because I have heard such great things about it but the fragrance felt old fashioned to me. I found it stale and musky and extremely strong. I don’t know if it was the ylang ylang or the sandlewood but it never softened for me.

The longevity and sillage of this fragrance is good for the price. The fragrance itself is pleasant. However, it is not suitable for a younger person to wear. The powdery note it has gives it a more mature feel, and is out of place on a young person. It's lovely, and iconic, but not for everyone.
