I really love using this brand of instant coffee for my baking. I add coffee to most of my chocolate desserts because it really enhances the flavor beautifully. I find this coffee to be robust and not too bitter. I mix it with a small amount of water first and it mixes in well, not leaving any clumps. I don't drink it as my regular daily coffee but I definitely reccomend it for baking!
