Sunplay Skin Aqua Tone Up UV Essence SPF50 PA++++

I've been using the Skin Aqua Tone Up UV Essence SPF50 PA++++ for about a month, and I'm really delighted with how well it works. It not only provides good sun protection, but it also effectively solves the dullness in my skin. Finding the right sunscreen for oily skin can be challenging, but this product has proven to be ideal for me. Its lightweight, non-greasy formula works like a dream, giving me a bright glow without making my oiliness worse.

I honestly thought that it wasn’t going to work well with my skin (or any type of skin) because it seemed like it had a white cast at first. However, as I started spreading it onto my face, I noticed that the product was more on the transparent side. I was surprised to see how nicely it blended with my skin without it looking too unnatural. It was also very surprising to see that it instantly made my skin look brighter and healthier!

I discovered this Skin Aqua Tone Up Sunscreen when we visited Japan a few years ago. I am a huge fan of tone up creams and a hoarder of sunscreens so imagine my joy when I saw this tone up sunscreen! I like the dewy effect that it gives and I love how it really tones up my skin without looking like it's just a white cast. It's so smooth, velvety, and moisturizing that sometimes, I skip moisturizer because this is enough to give moisture on my skin. I would definitely repurchase over and over again!

I always apply my skin aqua tone up at least 15 minutes before I do the rest of my makeup and before going outside. There is no use for you to apply sunscreen on your face or body and go straight out. The product has no time to bond to your skin so its as good as not applying any at all! I like that its SPF50 (UVB measure) and PA+++ (UVA measure). The sunscreen blocks both UVB and UVA rays so its broad spectrum. It is also waterproof so you can take it swimming. I use it over my usual day moisturiser. However, after about 3-4 days straight of using this, my facial skin started feeling a little dry and little spots and clogged pores appeared. So, I skipped it for a day or two and the skin cleared up and when I came back to this the same thing happened if I use it for a few days straight. I’m not sure if its the alcohol content in the product but I will not be using this as my only sunscreen and I’ve since started using it on my arms instead.

This was okay. I was using this for 2 weeks and I can say its okay. But I am not that satisfied. Maybe because of the smell and its not that effective I dont know or maybe my skin isn't for this product. For me its not effective but maybe for others its a yes..
