I struggled with acne and had a hard time making them go away, this was the moisturizer that my dermatologist recommended. I was terrified it would just cause more breakouts. But after inspecting its ingredients, I found out that it’s a fragrance-free, non-comedogenic formula, and it completely saved my skin barrier by absorbing excess oil all day without clogging my pores! Plus points for the built-in mineral SPF 30! It did a great job keeping my irritated skin safe from the harsh sun without stinging, but it still falls a bit short for heavy daily wear. I suggest layering or upgrading to a sunscreen with at least SPF 50 for everyday use. An absolute game-changer of a moisturizer for acne-prone skin, you just might need heavier reinforcement to battle the PH heat.

This moisturizer is perfect for daytime use. It feels lightweight on the skin, absorbs quickly, and doesn’t leave a greasy or sticky feeling.
