Kiehl’s Lip Balm #1 has a thick, sticky texture that feels similar to petroleum jelly. It’s not the most lightweight balm, but it definitely locks in moisture and keeps my lips feeling soft and protected, especially in dry or cold weather. The packaging is simple and classic, which I really like—clean, practical, and easy to carry around. However, I’m not a big fan of the smell—it’s a bit bland and medicinal—but it’s not overpowering. Overall, while the texture and scent might not be for everyone, it does exactly what it’s meant to do: keeps lips soft, moisturized, and protected.

This lip balm has a consistency in between oily and jelly. It's like petroleum jelly but more oily. It does soothe my very dry lips.
