I bought this product during their 50% sale thus it doesnt hurt that much..i really like its texture its just like water with a little bit of oil. Its more like of an essence for me. No need to use cotton balls just put a little amount on your hands and spread it evenly on your face using your fingers. This product makes my face really smooth and soft to touch.
