I have “SooBooJi” skin type or dehydrated but oily skin. It’s when you have dry and tight skin so your skin produces oil to compensate. I’ve been using this on and off for 9 months as supplementary to what my skin needs, so in that regard it’s a reliable product that does its job to keep your skin hydrated but it’s no life changing product. I think there are other more hydrating products in the market, but Isntree often goes on sale and it’s at a great price point so in that regard I recommend it for students or anyone with a tighter budget.

I’ve been using this serum together with the toner, and I think they work really well as a pair. The texture is slightly thicker than the toner, but it still feels lightweight and absorbs quickly. It doesn’t feel sticky or heavy, which I appreciate, especially in humid weather. At first, I didn’t notice a huge difference right away, but after using it consistently, my skin started to feel more hydrated and a bit more plump. It also helps lock in the moisture from the toner, so my skin doesn’t feel dry as quickly throughout the day. It’s not a dramatic or instant result type of product, but it’s reliable and does what it’s supposed to do. My skin just feels healthier overall.
