I grabbed Garnier Micellar Water with Argan Oil because my old makeup remover left my skin tight, and this one actually fixed that. Two cotton pads take off waterproof mascara and long-wear foundation with zero tugging, and the argan oil leaves my face soft instead of stripped. No sting around the eyes, no greasy film if you shake the bottle well, and my dry cheeks haven’t flaked since switching. For under ₱400 a bottle that lasts months, it’s the only micellar I’m buying now.

it makes make-up removing easy, even if i use waterproof makeup i notice that it easily removes makeup after few wipes. worth to buy since its on the affordable side so i will definitely buy this again.
