Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water in Oil effectively removes all makeup, even long-wear and waterproof products. It is very gentle on the skin and did not cause me any breakouts. I also like that it feels lightweight and not harsh after use. A little goes a long way, making it very tipid and practical to use every day.
