I got this from my friend when she went on a trip to South Korea.
It feels very cooling, which helps depuff the eyebags. I keep it in the fridge for extra cooling. This nice feeling also encourages me to apply it daily.
The packaging is very cute and well thought-out for easy application.
I like it, but I am currently not sure about the price since the last time I saw it in-store was almost a decade ago.
