Human Nature 100% Natural Bug Shield Deet-Free Oil

I’ve been using this Human Nature 100% Natural Bug Shield and I like that it’s DEET-free, especially for daily use and for kids. The scent is mild and not too strong compared to other repellents, and it doesn’t feel sticky on the skin. It’s easy to apply and absorbs well. In terms of effectiveness, it works well for short outdoor activities like errands or light exposure, though I do reapply after a few hours to stay protected. I also appreciate that it’s made with natural ingredients, so I feel safer using it regularly. Overall, it’s a good option if you’re looking for a gentle, natural alternative to chemical-based insect repellents.

Human Nature Bug Shield is effective in protecting against mosquitoes, especially when used outdoors. I like that it uses natural ingredients and is gentle on the skin. However, it does feel a bit greasy after application. Despite that, it still works well and gives reliable protection.

If you don’t like the scent of citronella then this is not for you. The price of this product is cheap and given that a few drops goes a long way then you actually get your money’s worth. This is not for me though as I can’t stand the scent. It smells very strong and is citronella scented which is effective for its intended purpose but it is extremely headache inducing. I wish they would come up with a milder scented version with a more pleasant fragrance.

Nice product as protection from insects and mosquitos specially outdoors. Safe for everyone even kids. Tried this numerous times and always keep a small bottle during travel. Scent is good and I even put small amount on curtains, corner of rooms to shoo away mosquitos inside the house. Love purchasing this as eco friendly and Filipino made.

I have a very sensitive skin, and this insect repellent is amazing! Parang nagpapahid ka lang ng vco na may citronella scent. We’ve been using this since my kids were below 1yr old, and it does not cause them irratation or anything. Although since this is a natural product, you have to apply this more frequently than the known chemical brand. Overall, we’re a fan!
