This has been my go to sanitary napkin since last year and I haven’t changed it since then. It is so thin so it’s comfy yet there’s no leaking despite how heavy my periods are. Plus, it doesn’t makes me itch down there since I’m sensitive.

Kotex Luxe Ultrathin 32cm works really well for heavy flow. It is long, thin, comfortable, and stays locked in place thanks to its strong adhesive. However, it gets too thick when full, and the adhesive is so strong that it rips and leaves plastic pieces on my underwear. It also causes mild itchiness around the 4th or 5th day, even with twice-daily changes.

This Kotex variant is the best as it has the perfect thinness which does not irritate our down there. It also has different lengths to choose from.

From the first use, I could already tell that Kotex Luxe® Ultrathin was made for comfort. The pad is thin and lightweight, but it still provides reliable protection throughout the day. It stays securely in place, so I don't have to worry about leaks or discomfort. I also appreciate how soft it feels, even after wearing it for several hours. Overall, this is a feminine care product that I can confidently recommend.
