Perfect for those wanting to upgrade their air conditioning unit to a smarter one. (Similar to using a TV stick to “dumb” TVs) Unfortunately, it doesn’t work with analog aircons that’s why we wasn’t able to try it. I also think that this will only work with split type and not window aircon units. Design is simple and looks modern with the LED indicators. Mounting can be a bit of a hassle as you need to mount and screw it onto the walls. Not advisable for aircon units that are already “smart”.

The product is not suitable to our window type aircon. This will be good for upgrading your existing aircon rather than buying a new aircon with smart features.

We only have an analog air conditioning unit at home that’s why I won’t be able to review this product properly. I also think that this will only work with split type and not window aircon units. Upon reading its features, it would still be unlikely for me to buy this product since it only works for split type units. I also find the setup (based on the instructions) a bit of a hassle. Nevertheless, this product is something similar to a TV Stick to access android features. If you want your “dumb” aircon to be “smarter” you’d definitely want this product. But if your unit is already “smart”, then there’s no need to buy this product.
