Sustagen brand has been part of me, since my childhood days. Always trusted by my Mom and she passed it on to me, I also have my kids drink it and now that I'm in my 50's I still use Sustagen premium. It helps me go on with my daily activities especially at work, because I'm in graveyard shift. It never makes me feel I'm in my prime years because of Sustagen. I highly recommend this milk supplement for all age, because it is available for all ages. A must try product for all.
