I am so grateful to have the opportunity to try and Boost. At 58, I know that I already need milk supplements to give me the energy as well as supply the vitamins and minerals needed for my daily chores. Seven scoops is suggested to enjoy the vanilla taste though it is too much for me. I feel this milk helped me get going each day and have a good night sleep during the trial.

I immediately tried Nestlé Boost Optimum after receiving the samples. The powder tends to get a bit lumpy, so it needs thorough mixing, but the taste is good and enjoyable. After checking the nutritional content, I appreciate that it provides essential nutrients needed by our body.
After about a 2 weeks of regular intake (morning &night), I noticed an improvement in my digestion, less bloating and gas. This could be due to the probiotics in the formula. Overall, it’s a good adult milk to support and supplement daily nutritional needs.

Tried Nestlé BOOST Optimum for me (49) and my husband (56), and we’re happy with it 😊
Not too sweet, easy to drink, and gives us extra energy especially on busy days. My husband also feels stronger and less tired.
Good support for our age, but we still pair it with proper meals and light exercise.

I took part in testing Nestle Boost and, I must say, it was a very good product. I even shared it with my parents, who are both seniors and they love it, too.
