I like it in a sense that I feel energized whenever I drink or take it. I also take it as a meal substitute whenever I feel hungry and best when I am in a hurry. Btw, I ordered a frother for mixing because it doesn't fully dissolve. Overall, I like the product and will uy for my Mom as well
