I've been enjoying using this shampoo so far. It has a light cooling effect on the scalp that feels refreshing without being too strong, and the scent is clean, fresh, and not overpowering. As for the anti-hair loss claims, I'm still giving it more time. I have noticed that I seem to be experiencing less hair fall, but I'm not sure yet if it's solely because of this shampoo. Overall, it feels great to use and leaves my scalp feeling clean and refreshed.
