I can say this has controlled the dandruff I have on my scalp for years! I have been getting dry and itchy scalp on and off and most of the time during pms. But since I started using this, it has lessen the times my scalp gets dry. I have been using it once a week for maintenance and Ive seen the improvememt immediately.
