Of all the Head and Shoulders Shampoos THIS is my favorite and I always buy this particular shampoo because you can really experience the freshness on your scalp and the cool menthol smell. Bathing is not boring, because it feels more like a spa session for my hair. It's also good for senitive skin. Love it!

Cleans and Cools the scalp. Relieves itchiness and lessen the flakes until it disappears. It, surprisingly for a dandruff shampoo, to smoothens the hair! I have a very long hair and it's hard for me to keep it tangled free, but after shampooing the H&S, my hair combs out easily. There's this one batch though that, I am not sure what happened, but I didn't like the scent, ended up using the lemon, charcoal, and the safeguard for a while.

Best Anti Dandruff shampoo ever

My son has seborrheic dermatitis, which causes flare-ups of dandruff-like flakes on his scalp, and no other shampoo can tame it, even if we try prescription ones. Only using this can calm his flare-ups and has been a favorite of his as well because of the cooling effect. Totally worth buying every single time!

Great Initial Cooling, but Mixed Long-Term Results

The menthol scent provides a very refreshing and cool sensation on the scalp during every wash. Our family has trusted this brand for many years because of that reliable clean feeling. However, we noticed that over time, the shampoo seemed to lose its effectiveness for us. Eventually, our scalps became itchy and dandruff started to reappear despite regular use. While the cooling effect is pleasant, it no longer keeps our hair flake-free like it used to.
