As someone who sweats a lot, this shampoo is a lifesaver. The cooling menthol effect is instant the moment you lather. It really helps with itchiness and keeps my scalp fresh all day. Hair feels clean but not stripped. I also noticed less flakes after 1 week of use. The bottle lasts long and the scent is not too strong. Only downside is it can be a bit drying if you use it everyday, so I alternate with conditioner. Overall, solid 9/10!
