I apply it to damp hair after shampooing, mostly mid length to ends and let it sit for about 5–10 minutes. The rinse-out is clean and satisfying, and after blow-drying, my strands feel noticeably softer. My frizz-prone hair looks healthier and a lot less brittle. It did feel especially helpful on dry or chemically treated hair.
