The herbs come through nicely without being too strong. It’s savory, a bit peppery, and the texture is firm but not too dense. It doesn’t taste overly processed, which I really appreciate. It's is not too salty but a bit pricey.

I had a hard time picking which variant to try, but since I love bratwurst I had to choose between smoked and mixed herbs & spices - I picked the latter. With the package containing 6 pieces for Php389, I felt it was priced right especially for its taste. Very sulit! It’s smaller and skinnier than most bratwursts I’ve tried, but I think that makes it way easier to thaw, cook, and eat. Packed with flavor, with just the correct amount of spiciness to give you a bit of a kick, perfect for those who don’t like it too hot but want a bold taste. I tried it with eggs and rice the way most Filipinos would choose, and I also ate it plain with just some mustard and sauerkraut as well (too bad I didn’t have a toasted bun to put it in, it would have been perfect!). Would definitely buy again and recommend to friends.

You will already smell the herbs and spices while cooking. I love that the spices are not too overpowering and you can still taste the quality pork ingredient.
