Delicato Delicato Mixed Herbs & Spices Pork Sausage

The herbs come through nicely without being too strong. It’s savory, a bit peppery, and the texture is firm but not too dense. It doesn’t taste overly processed, which I really appreciate. It's is not too salty but a bit pricey.

I had a hard time picking which variant to try, but since I love bratwurst I had to choose between smoked and mixed herbs & spices - I picked the latter. With the package containing 6 pieces for Php389, I felt it was priced right especially for its taste. Very sulit! It’s smaller and skinnier than most bratwursts I’ve tried, but I think that makes it way easier to thaw, cook, and eat. Packed with flavor, with just the correct amount of spiciness to give you a bit of a kick, perfect for those who don’t like it too hot but want a bold taste. I tried it with eggs and rice the way most Filipinos would choose, and I also ate it plain with just some mustard and sauerkraut as well (too bad I didn’t have a toasted bun to put it in, it would have been perfect!). Would definitely buy again and recommend to friends.

You will already smell the herbs and spices while cooking. I love that the spices are not too overpowering and you can still taste the quality pork ingredient.

The taste matches with our Truffle pasta, the herbs and spices gives an extra flavor for our pasta, no need to go out to dine in. Easy nalang siya

Mixed Herb & Spices>>> MY FAVORITE!!! all the spices burst in my mouth. though it is perfect to be partnered with rice, personally---i can finish it on its own. not sickening even if i eat a lot. PACKAGING>> please give a raise to the team who decided to have this pork sausages in a ziplock-form packaging. though i like the taste of each variant, the packaging is what i love the most. HOW TO COOK>>> i tried to cook it in 2 ways. 1st >>> direct frying 2nd>>> boiling then once water has evaporated, frying it on its own oil. personally, i like the outcome more of the 2nd.
