Gumawa ako ng tortang talong , tapos naisipan kong lagyan ng Magnolia Cheezee sa ibabaw habang mainit pa. Grabe, ang sarap! Ang cheese, kahit hindi mamahalin, ang creamy niya at sakto lang ang alat. Ang dali pang hiwain, tapos mabilis matunaw. Hindi siya yung stretchy na cheese, pero ang linamnam niya, panalo. Swak na swak sa kanin, tapos mura pa. Perfect sa mga araw na gusto mo lang ng comfort food na simple pero satisfying.
