At room temp, it's thinner than usual cream & creamers. Once chilled, it thickens nicely while still being pourable from the carton. It has a sweeter base flavor so it's best to add to desserts that need more sweetness without needing actual sugar. However, it's also good for balancing any savory sauces that are too salty and needs a finishing cream. It's very affordable compared to other creams and good in a pinch when you need to add more creaminess and sweetness to any dish at a budget.
