I usually get to eat this chocolate when it',s given to me as a pasalubong. I love that it is not overly bitter. I like that I have a healthy treat that tastes great and.. it's chocolate, duh? It still has a very little hint of sweetness that just makes it enjoyable. It's also thin and melts in your mouth so as you eat it, you can also smell it.

I love Lindt chocolates! Love this 85% in particular as i am a dark chocolate girlie. The texture is very smooth and melts in your mouth. You’ll def taste the high quality of it. Love using this on my chocolate chip cookies! It def enhances the cookie flavor and the pools it gives when they are baked is divine compared to using the classic baked choc chips out there that holds its shape. Best for snacking or baked goods! Not that affordable tho esp if you’re an average earner, but for the taste and quality? It’s def worth the price.

As a fan of chocolates, especially dark chocolates, this is the best brand for dark chocolates. 85% dark is the best variation for me as it has the right amount of bitterness and sweetness.
