I recently tried the Handmade Raspberry & Lime Preserve, and while it has some lovely qualities, my overall experience was just average, especially given its price. The preserve has a bright, fruity flavor, with the sweetness of raspberries complemented by a hint of tart lime. The texture is nice, with a chunky consistency that adds some character. However, I expected more depth of flavor for the price point. It’s tasty, but it doesn't have that standout quality that makes it worth the extra cost. It’s enjoyable enough on toast, but I might look for more bang for my buck next time.
