When a friend recommended 555 Spanish Sardines I was a bit hesitant because i dislike fishy after taste. However, the very first time I open a bottle and cook it in the saucepan I was hook. It matches well whether its with rice or with bread. I know that sardines is also good for the heart and easy to digest. I usually buy and eat this sardines twice a week,
