Camomile is always effective on me as I have troubled in sleeping at night. Aside from using camomile body lotion on bed time, I also make sure to drink my Twinings Camomile Tea to relax my mind and body and have a good sleep. I preferred to put a teaspoon of honey to enjoy it.

I have trouble sleeping so I make sure that I drink tea before I sleep. Twining's Chamomile tea helps my body relax before bedtime. I don't add sugar on my tea and the taste of Chamomile is mild that will help you relax and ready for bedtime. If you don't like green tea, I suggest trying out Chamomile tea from Twinings.

You can have a cup of camomile tea before bed time. It is the best! It makes me relax and it's so soothing. Also nice to drink when you have cramps. Super love it!!
