Lipton Clear Green Tea Original

I started drinking tea during my late 30s and now Im a Tea lover especially LIPTON. I switched to drinking tea when I started having health issues like Hypertension then may mga episodes na din ng rayuma and arthritis. Im not a health expert pero I can attest to this that my regular tea drinking helped a lot, although not really eliminating them, but my rayuma and arthritis they were minimized and sometimes wala na. I love the taste of LIPTON GREEN TEA compared to the other brands that I tried na may after taste. Highly recommended ko din ang LIPTON BLACK TEA masarap sya especially with milk. Matagal na akong umiinom ng Lipton Clear Green Tea several years na, and it has really been part of my daily routine. Sinama ko siya sa diet ko since I’ve been trying to lose weight, and nakatulong talaga siya to make me feel lighter and refreshed. Ang sarap din ng clean at soothing taste niya, perfect inumin any time of the day. Truly a staple for me kung goal mo is to live healthier in a simple way!

I drink this almost everyday (alternating with the Black Tea version). I steep 2 bags in a pitcher of room-temperature water for about an hour, then into the refrigerator it goes since we always prefer cold drinks, specially during summer. Unlike black tea, you can barely taste any bitterness in Lipton Green Tea, specially if it is cold-brew. The herby/grassy taste is very light, almost on the side of being clean. It is very refreshing when it is cold, not just for the cool feeling when gulping it down the throat, but another reason we always have 1-2 pitchers of Lipton Green Tea always steeping cold in our fridge, is that it helps everyone in my family have regular bowel movement.

It does not have the strong tast or smell so it is good for the general taste, just the right flavor and strength.
