I bought this for my in-law last March for her birthday and she likes it so much. She said it gives a light and smooth feeling in her lips after applying and she wears it for long period of time compared to the previous one she's using. I really dont know about make-up, but my mom-in-law gives this liquid lip color a 5 star.
