The texture is like a thin serum, the hydrating effect is almost like a serum as well. After massaging it in, it dries down to a tacky texture, so definitely waiting for another layer of either skincare or make-up. It works well in evening-out skin tone, BUT, I suggest you also apply it to the neck, and decoletage, or you will end up like me, with a whiter face than neck (where as I previously have my forehead darker than my cheeks, and cheeks darker than my neck). If you think 1-2k pesos is okay for fast and safe whitening, then this is worth the splurge.
