I've used this toner for years with zero issues. No breakouts, no irritation, nothing. Just clear, glowing skin. it sinks in fast and gives my skin a quick boost of hydration, but I wouldn’t count on it for lasting moisture — especially if you have dry skin. In my experience, it works better as a refreshing pick-me-up
