Received as a gift outside Try and Review
My best friend gave me this, at first I thought it was just water because it has no smell, it really looks like plain water. Until I use it, I appreciated that it's not just water so I just called it a MAGICAL WATER. HAHAHA weird, it really makes my makeup lasting until the end of the day! and very easy to dry. I highly recommend this to everyone.

I bought this product directly via ELF's US website and I am sad that I only bought 1 pc.
I love that it is very affordable and does it job well. My make-up stays longer and smoother (natural-looking) when I use this setting spray.
Too bad that this is not locally available (Philippines) or if so, haven't found one yet.
