It's pigmented. Its a neutral palette packed with cool and warm neutral, transition and metallic shimmer shades. It's day to night palette. The mettalic shimmer just not my liking (especially the shades). I like my heat variant better. But i saw alot of MUA usimg this. It's a nice product tho.
