I love how pigmented this eyeliner is! It applies smoothly on my lids, and effectively fills in my lashline. Might need to set it with a bit of powder or apply eye primer first for longer lasting effect. I have oily lids, and it tends to "bleed" after a few hours. Would recommend this to those looking for gel eyeliners.
