NESTLE® CERELAC® CERELAC® Homestyle Meals Rice and Chicken

I bought this when my daughter was old enough to start trying rice and meat. She liked it. At first, I noticed that eating it on consecutive days caused a slight rash, so I switched to giving it to her every other day instead. After that, everything was fine. She grew up loving chicken and rice and isn’t a picky eater so far. It’s a great choice for introducing little ones to real food textures and flavors.

Cerelac has been a go-to staple for my toddler. So when we saw this product being sold on supermarkets, I asked my husband to purchase it and have my toddler eat it. Love at first bite! She especially love this variant and the it also smells like the usual porridge we prepare that’s hearty and fulfilling!

I started introducing this product to my baby when he was 8 months old, and all I can say is that he loved it! It’s kind of a win win situation for me and my baby because he gets the the same nutrients from chicken and rice while I have the luxury of time ( cause all you need is a luke-warm water, unlike making it from scratch, it’s time consuming). He is now 1 and 3 months, and he still likes to eat it. It’s just a little bit pricey compared to the classic flavors of Cerelac.

As a busy mom, there are times that I really need to have quick-fix for everything. This homestyle meals of cerelac has really helping me a lot these days as I can prepare this for my baby easily. Although she had been used to the taste of other Cerelac meals (especially the banana), she barely likes the taste of rice and chicken flavor, I guess she doesn't appreciate the scent that it gives but she still finishes her plate whenever I give this to her.
