Both of my twins, whom I gave birth to in January 2026, have eczema, and this is one of the products that has helped them the most. I use it twice a day, in the morning and evening before bedtime, and it helps lessen the itching and scratching. It’s super helpful and moisturizes their faces too!

My baby’s face has a seborrheic dermatitis weeks after he came out. I just saw on Tiktok a post of a fellow FTM about it and tried it to my baby. I tried to use it since per post, it has been recommended by his uncle who is a derma, and it is fragrance and steroid free. Since using Mustela Stelatopia Face Cream, my baby’s skin is so much calmer, softer, and moisturized instantly! The results are visible after 2-3 days!

We’ve been using Mustela Stelatopia for about 16 months now, and it has worked really well for us. My baby’s skin is very sensitive, but this moisturizer has never caused any irritation at all. It keeps the skin soft, hydrated, and calm—even during days when dryness or rough patches usually show up. I also like that it’s lightweight, absorbs quickly, and doesn’t feel sticky. For me, it’s been a gentle and reliable everyday lotion for sensitive skin.
