So honestly, when I first bought it, I applied it during Summers and it had a very cooling feeling. It didn't do much for my dark circles. Actually did next to nothing for the dark circles. But it didn't worsen them. The lines were there but didn't notice new fine lines emerging either. Fast fwd to a year later... I'm on my second bottle and somehow, my skin is superrr sensitive to this. It burns wherever my skin is a little thin under the eyes. Wouldn't suggest it for people with sensitive under eyes.
