It's Butter of India. We have grown up eating this Butter, while going to School, College we regularly enjoy our Aalu Parantha, Gobhi Parantha, Onion Parantha etc with butter. We often stole it from fridge and put a spoon full of butter in our mouth and it melts like anything.
