It's the best and easy option to calm your hunger. It's healthy, ready to eat like you have to just add milk and dry fruits or you can add it with namkeen. It's awesome. I would highly recommend this. It's yum :-)

This is one of the quick grab breakfast one can have in Morning or any tme during the day when there are hunger pangs. Have it with Milk or have it directly, tastes good in both ways. It is portable, so can be carried wherever we want to, even for short distance travel
