I really enjoyed this bar. It has a soft, chewy texture and unlike other health bars, it doesn't taste artificial. You can distinctly taste the walnuts and dates, giving it a natural sweetness and a nice crunch. It smells fresh and really does remind me of banana bread. I love that it’s made with wholefood ingredients and has no added sugar. Great for a quick energy boost or a mid-day snack!
