The liquid liner applicator is like felt tip which is glides and easy to use. It is dermatologists & ophthalmologists approved and is brush is thick and the formula is not completely waterproof and bit smudges else the pigmented liquid doesn't fade nor is runny. It has matte effect after it gets dried. I don't use for daily use but is a nice one.
