I using this blue heaven intense black eyeliner for about a month it's very affordable and long-lasting. It's not sticky for the lashes but the brushes smoothly glides near the lashes to give a fine line. It's smudge proof, water proof and even gives an intense black colour. It's a must go product and worth for every penny.
