I purchased this thrice and it's good. It doesn't really stop the damage in my hair but gives it a fresh smell which I love. But if your hair is really damaged, this isn't going to work fully. It will work, but not on a high level. I would recommend it, if you love a fresh and lovely smell and leather of bubbles on your hair when you bathe.
