As a fan of chocolates, especially dark chocolates, this is the best brand for dark chocolates. 85% dark is the best variation for me as it has the right amount of bitterness and sweetness.

I really love Lindt chocolates. But we usually use this Excellence 85% Cocoa in baking especially for cakes for our own occasions. I also put it in my coffee☺ it serves as my sugar to it and added bitterness and creaminess. Love it!!!
