i feel like its too oil and my skin is oil so it runs all over my mouth and makes a mess .i would like for it to be a little thick and matte so it stays long to compliment my skintone

I get that it’s an oil but it isn’t very moist just oily. My lips can’t fully absorb its apparent nutrients because it just serves as an oil and no moisture a care for the lips is left . Love it for applying on top of matte lipstick thou .
