one of my favorite oils to have at home. I love its strong, refreshing scent, it instantly clears the air and helps me breathe better, especially when I’m feeling congested.
I usually add a few drops to my diffuser or mix it with carrier oil for a soothing massage. It’s also great for steam inhalation during colds or for adding a calming scent to my bath. A little goes a long way, so one bottle lasts quite a while.
